- You never chase, and you never feel like the one who chases. When a fund manager goes quiet, Toldie tells you it is asking every week, and brings you the reason when it comes.
- Ask once a month. Reply to any update with a question. Toldie bundles what the limited partners are asking and the fund manager answers once, for all of them.
- Help when you can. "Happy to introduce Northwind to our health-system contacts, free Monday." Reply, and it reaches the fund manager directly with your address on it.
- Know who you are hearing from. Before you subscribe you see the fund manager's exact address, and whether Toldie could confirm the domain is really the fund's. If it is not the fund manager you know, do not confirm; and any update carries a one-click report that pauses the sender.
